If you want to experience the full intensity of NASCAR at Kansas Speedway, the main grandstand is the place to be. Positioned along the front stretch, it puts fans right at the centre of the action, from the start and finish to pit lane drama and the charge into Turn 1.

Main Grandstand

Kansas Speedway features one continuous, sweeping grandstand that follows the full length of the front stretch along the tri-oval. Divided into sections numbered 101 through 254, the venue currently holds around 48,000 spectators. Thanks to its design, fans throughout the grandstand enjoy clear views of the start/finish line, pit road, and the cars charging towards Turn 1.

Seating is arranged in a stadium-style layout across both lower and upper levels. The lower rows place spectators closer to the track, where the sound, speed, and intensity of the racing are at their peak. Higher sections offer a broader, more elevated perspective, making it easier to follow the field across a larger portion of the circuit, including the tri-oval and entry into the corners. The curved shape of the grandstand helps maintain strong sightlines from nearly every seat.

Behind the seating areas, the grandstand is equipped with a range of modern facilities designed for comfort and convenience. Wide concourses, plenty of restrooms, and numerous food and beverage outlets are easily accessible. Most seats are bench-style with backrests, while select premium sections provide upgraded comfort. Accessibility is also well integrated, with ADA seating available in multiple sections to ensure an inclusive experience for all visitors.
